These Terms do **not** govern the use of the Pilot AI software. The software is a separate product distributed under an open-source license.

2. Pilot AI Software License

The Zelesonic Pilot AI software is open-source and provided free of charge. Your download, use, modification, and distribution of the Pilot AI software are governed by the terms of the **MIT License**. A copy of the MIT License is included in the software's source code repository.

3. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and the "Zelesonic" name and logo, are the exclusive property of Zelesonic. They are protected by trademark and other intellectual property laws. The open-source license for Pilot AI does not grant you any rights to use the Zelesonic name or logo for your own projects.
